Our Policies

Cancellation Policy:

As a courtesy, we ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice of cancellation for any appointments. Last minute cancellations (less than 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment) and no shows (showing up 15 minutes late or not at all) will be charged 50% of the service price. After your first late cancellation and/or no show, a nonrefundable deposit will be required to book any future appointments. Thank you for understanding that our time is valuable.


Front Desk Policy:

Blue Sparrow Salon is a team of independent contractors. We do not have a receptionist. The easiest, fastest way to schedule an appointment is by booking online.


Children Policy:

Due to safety considerations, limited space and in an effort to provide a relaxing, elevated experience for all clients, children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service.
